Kipapa Gulch
We've been having a lot of rain lately, and the ground is totally saturated. My roof leaks (my landlord doesn't want to get it fixed, damn it all), but there's plenty of people who have it worse... including those who live in Kipapa Gulch.

As I drove up the hill to Waipio, the police were on their way. I'm assuming they set up the road block soon after... Compacts were having trouble with the crossing when I made it, and I was quite glad of the SUV for once!
It's just opened up about a half-hour ago, after about 6 hours closed.
